In the past, airlines really did put the customer first and waited on you hand and foot. The thing is, now this isn't so true anymore. Now though it seems like the customer is the lowest on their list of priorities. They are paying so much attention to safety issues and also cutting back that the customer has been put on the back burner.
In the past, airlines really did put the customer first and waited on you hand and foot. The thing is, now this isn't so true anymore. Now though it seems like the customer is the lowest on their list of priorities. They are paying so much attention to safety issues and also cutting back that the customer has been put on the back burner. Depending on how many miles you have clocked in the air over the last 15 years, you may or may not have noticed the significant decline in services, friendliness and over all reliability in the industry. Well, certainly the airlines look to blame the increase security measures after 9/11 for the entire mess, but the truth is the services in this industry declined well before that and have continued to decline since that point. Obviously we can all understand as well as appreciate that there needs to be more security at the airports in light of what has happened. But the problem is beyond this. The service is getting to be unbearable and there really is no more care and appreciation for the consumer in the airline industry anymore. It is disturbing to think you are treated so poorly when you are paying such a high amount. Now perhaps if you only fly once in a while this is not something that will affect you much, however if you are a frequent flyer or a person who spends a lot of time flying on business than you have probably just about had it with delays and snippy airline employees who always seem to act as if you are inconveniencing them in some way, no matter what the issue. So you need to think about the kind of position that you are in and decide what it is that you want to put up with. If it is on occasion, then you probably won't mind taking the commercial flight. If you are doing it constantly then you are going to most likely want to make that switch over to the private jet chartering. You can learn more about that online and decide to make that switch as a company for business or as a personal or family decision.
